We are very happy to have just started the second project in co-operation with Miss Imbili at Vrede Rede Primary School.
The projects at the school are only possible thanks to Miss Imbili's ideas and motivation and we are extremely grateful to have her at our side.
Through her we have the best possible insight and contact directly in the school. Miss Imbili is an extremely reliable, determined, committed and open-minded person who is a pleasure to work with.

Hello, my name is Alina Alicky Imbili and I am a teacher at Vrede Rede Primary School. I would like to introduce myself briefly here:
Employment
English and Social Science teacher at Vrede Rede Primary School, Swakopmund, Namibia. With over 18 years of teaching experience, and 10 years working in the mining and NGO.
Mentor
Task as a mentor
Coordinating, being the link between the Vrede Rede Primary School and the volunteering organization Volunta, within the Weltwats program, overseeing the work of the volunteers and addressing issues, assigning tasks, monitoring and evaluation.
Special skills as a mentor
Communication skills, willingness to help and work on projects, Assist develop the passion in education and training and network.
Personal motivation
Marketing Namibia, making volunteers feel welcomed, Getting the volunteers to like Namibia, especially for when they are back in Germany, and to make sure that there is a link between the current and previous volunteers, for future collaborations and networking opportunities.
