Our Christmas donation campaign...
In December 2023, we held a Christmas campaign with waffle and punch sales on the grounds of the Friedrich-Alexander University (FAU) in Nuremberg at Keßlerplatz. During this campaign, we offered punch and waffles in exchange for a donation. In addition to the culinary enrichment in the cold Christmas season, the campaign served to take a short break in the often hectic pre-Christmas period and to step out of the stressful Christmas bubble full of gifts and organizational tasks.
The aim was to have nice conversations, to introduce our association ProChildEdu e.V. and to draw attention to global injustice. Especially during the Christmas season, which is characterized by prosperity and excessive consumption in Germany, other parts of the world should not be forgotten. It is important to us to keep the topic of "education for all" present, especially at this time, and to raise people's awareness.
In addition to nice conversations with you, we were able to collect donations of 500 euros, which will go towards the 2024 projects. Thank you very much for all the support and for making this stand possible!
